How to Study A Levels Through Distance Learning
When studying A Levels, many people question whether studying through distance learning is an effective way of studying.
“Will these A Levels provide me with the same qualification as usual A Levels?”
“Is there help available when I need it?”
“How is the course studied?”
Sound familiar? Maybe these are questions that you have asked when thinking to enrol onto an A Level via distance learning. So, we’re here to squash the rumours and set the record straight once and for all.
Yes, you will receive the same qualification
Our A Level courses have been accredited by varying providers, including AQA and Edexcel, and written by industry professionals to ensure they contain the most relevant and up to date knowledge. On completion of both the course and examinations, you will receive a certificate as evidence of your studies. This is how you can be sure that you are receiving a recognised qualification – as you would ordinarily.
Yes, there is help available whenever you need it
Each student is assigned a personal tutor to guide them through their course. Each tutor is available via email to answer any questions you may have, mark assignments and give you the best advice to encourage a successful completion of your course.
The course is studied how and when you choose
Through distance learning, you can choose to study A Levels as it suits you. You will have 2 years to complete your course but this time can be spread as you see fit. If you think you can complete the material in the first year, you can do this as there are no deadlines or specific examination dates that you must abide by.
Your tutor will advise you on when you are ready to sit your exams and, if you agree, you can then book a place at your chosen test centre. However, we also now offer A Levels with which exams and practical assessments (if required) are taken care of by us.
We book the test centre; we secure your place; you secure an A Level qualification.
The benefits of studying A Levels through distance learning include:
- Ability to work and study at the same time
- A wide choice of subjects
- Flexibility and freedom to study at a pace that suits you
If you’re thinking of starting a new or changing your career, or maybe you need to re-sit some examinations in which you didn’t quite make the grade, you can study from the comfort of your own home by studying through distance learning.
