Do your maths
If you do your maths you could lose 1-2 lbs a week. You should aim at being in a 500-calorie deficit every day. Just doing 30 minutes of exercise a day, can result in 100 calories being burned. That’s better than no calories!
Hit the weights
Muscle at rest burns more calories than fat at rest. Increasing your muscle mass helps you lose weight more efficiently. The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn.
